A Little About Me…

I’ve known my husband since we were 4. Yes, that’s basically a lifetime of shared memories, inside jokes, and adventures.

Mixed martial arts keeps my body strong and my mind sharp.

I’m a total foodie—food is life! I love discovering new restaurants, experimenting with recipes, and trying just about anything… except meat 😉

Plants, animals, and nature are my happy place.

I live with a small, furry zoo. Two dogs, a cat, and some chickens—my home is lively, chaotic, and full of love.

I’m a behavior therapist by trade. Helping people understand themselves and grow is my jam, and it’s taught me a lot about my own mindset along the way.

My Growth Story...

There was a time when I felt completely stuck, drained, and unsure of who I really was. Old patterns, self-doubt, and a constant need to please others weighed me down.

That wake-up call taught me something crucial: real change doesn’t just happen — you have to choose it.

I embraced a growth mindset and combined it with strategies I knew worked: journaling, meditation, visualization, and small, intentional daily practices.

Over time, I learned how to:
